Amber Alert Canceled Thursday July 31

16 Year Old Kentucky Girl

The Shelbyville Kentucky police department Canceled the Amber Alert for the young woman after she was found safe in Louisville this morning. At least one suspect was taken into custody and police are looking for another.

She is 16 yrs., Black female, 5'2", 130 lbs. She was last seen wearing a yellow halter top and light colored blue jeans.

Police were looking for two black males in their late 20s to early 30s believed to be driving a late-model hunter green Crown Victoria with a possible license plate number of 8-5-7-J-C-D. The first suspect is described as a black man between 6'3" and 6'4" in height, stocky build with short black hair, possibly armed with a silver .22 caliber handgun.

The other suspect was described as black man in his 20s, between 6'2 to 6'3", with a beard and a slim build. He was wearing a tan fisherman's hat, white shirt and tan pants.
