Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old Maryland Girl

The State of Maryland canceled the Amber Alert Saturday morning (02-13) after the child was found safe in Delaware. A suspect is in custody.

The State of Maryland issued the Amber Alert Friday evening (02-12) after the girl was abducted in Elkton earlier Friday. The child is considered to be in extreme danger and the suspect should not be approached. Elkton is approximately 20 miles Southwest of Wilmington Delaware.

Hannah Lynn Harrigan, a white female, 4 years old, 3', 42 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink coat, blue jeans, and a black "Hello Kitty" long sleeve shirt

The suspect is Peter Jyles Pelletier, a white male, 32 years old, 5' 8", 160 pounds. He may be wearing a dark coat and black hat.

The suspect vehicle is a Forest green 1995 Ford Mustang with Maryland tag number 9EFL19. There is some damage to the roof and several spots have silver and/or black tape
