Amber Alert Canceled for 13 Year Old Tennessee Girl

The State of Tennessee Canceled the Amber Alert late Monday night (09-21) after the girl was found safe in Huntsville Alabama. The suspect was taken into custody at that time.

The State of Tennessee issued the Amber Alert after the girl was reportedly abducted from her home in Macon County Monday morning (09-21). Information developed by authorities indicate that the suspect and the victim may be in the Huntsville Alabama area.

Judi Juarez a 13 year old Hispanic female, 4 feet 6 inches tall, 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

The suspect is Jose Martin Cano, a 22 year old Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

The suspect vehicle is a purple or plum colored two-door 1996 Ford Escort hatchback with Tennessee tag number 485TJL
