AMBER Alert Canceled for 14 Day Old Washington Boy

The state of Washington canceled the Amber Alert early Thursday (05-21) after the boy was found safe in Sedro-Woolley. The suspect, who is also the child's mother, contacted authorities after learning of the Amber Alert. The child was taken into protective custody. No further information on the status of the mother is available at this time.

Joshua Pier a White male, 14 days old, 21 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes and weighs 9 pounds.

The suspect is Gretchen Pier, a white female, 18 years old, 5' 4", 165 pounds with brown hair and eyes.

The suspect vehicle is a gold 1989 Honda Accord with Washington tag number 351-YOU.
