Amber Alert Canceled for 9 Month Old California Boy

The Ontario California Police Department and the CHP canceled the Amber Alert after the baby was found safe in Redlands CA Wednesday evening. No information on the suspect is available at this time.

Angel Salazar, 9 mos., Hispanic male with brown hair, and brown eyes was abducted in Ontario, CA on Wednesday morning.

Police are looking for Richard F. Ruiz, 25 yrs., Hispanic male, 5' 8", 120 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a blue button down shirt and blue pants. He has "Ontario" tattoo on his chest and a marijuana leaf tattoo on his back.

The suspect was driving a 1993 blue Ford Escort, with CA license plate 3FET570.
