Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old Oklahoma Boy

The Bartlesville Police Department and the Oklahoma State Police canceled the Amber Alert on Tuesday after the boy was recovered safe and the suspect taken into custody in Washington County Oklahoma. No further information is available at this time.

The Bartlesville Police Department in Bartlesville Oklahoma report that Bradley Scruggins, 36, assulted his mother and the childs mother, took his son Cage Scruggins age 4, and issued a harmful threat against the child if the police were notified. They were last seen on foot, possibly obtained a ride to Tulsa, OK.
