Amber Alert Issued for 4 Year Old New Mexico Boy

The State of New Mexico issued the Amber Alert after the child was apparently abducted in Alamagordo on Sunday morning.

Talen Ray Simpson is described as a 4 year old Caucasian male, 3 feet tall, 40 pounds, has a gap between the front teeth. Both ears are pierced with gold ball earrings. He was last seen wearing plaid pajama bottoms and a blue sweat shirt.

The suspect is Fred Jacob Hoberman, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, Hispanic with many tattoos on his arms and the letters L and A on the back of his shaved head. His left eyebrow is pierced. He was last seen wearing a blue and white striped shirt and blue baggy pants.

The suspect vehicle is a black 1998 Hyundai Elantra License is in the rear window and is JNC 026.
