Amber Alert Issued for 6 Year Old Connecticut girl

The West Haven Police Department and the Connecticut Department of Public Safety issued the Amber Alert on Wednesday afternoon after the child was taken from a school bus by her mother and aunt. The mother does not have legal custody of the child.

Brittany Scott, 6 years old. She is a white female, 3 feet tall, and 60 pounds. She has long brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen as she exited a school bus after school. Brittany was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans.

There are two suspects in this abduction. The first suspect is Nikki Tricosanti . She has brown curly hair and resides in Bethany, Connecticut. The mother,Jacqueline Somers, may also be in the vehicle. She is a white female with long blonde hair, approximately 5'3 tall and having a tan complexion. Information suggests a possible destination is Palm Bay,Florida.

The vehicle is a white 4-door Honda Accord with Florida license plates bearing registration number 003911.
