Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old Texas Boy

The Harris County Sheriff's Department canceled the Amber Alert for the boy after he was found safe in a day care center on Thursday morning. There is no information on how he arrived at the day care.

Bryce Tucker, 4 yrs., male. 3'5", 42 lbs with short black hair in an Afro with brown eyes, light brown complexion and a 1-inch scar between his eyes.

He was last seen wearing a blue and yellow sleeveless shirt, blue and yellow shorts, and a Spider Man backpack.

Bryce was last seen at Tipps Elementary school about 3:50 PM.

Police believe that foul play is involved although they have no suspect information or a suspect vehicle at this time. The FBI has been called in.
