Amber Alert Canceled for Two Colorado Children

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office and the CBI canceled the Amber Alert after the children were found safe in Mexico. The suspect is in custody and will face charges in Colorado.

Kevin Campos-Valverde, 1 yr., Hispanic male, 19 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair in a buzz cut. He was wearing a blue striped shirt with navy pants. He has a birthmark on the back of his neck and on his wrist.

Andreana E. Campos-Valverde, 2 yrs., Hispanic female, 32 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair in a long ponytail. She was last seen wearing a red blouse and black pants.

Police are looking for Rene Casas-Pacheco, 29 yrs., Hispanic male 5'5" 150 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous. Police also said the suspect has ties to Mexico and may be headed there with the children. He has two tatoos -- the name Mariana on his shoulders and the intials R.R. on one of his hands. He was last seen in a Kentucky Fried Chicken shirt and blue jeans.

The suspect vehicle is a white Ford Ranger Pickup with temporary CO tag number 509631C (not verified).
