The State of California canceled the Amber Alert Friday afternoon (01-20) after the girl was recovered safe and the suspect shot dead.
The State of California issued the Amber Alert Friday morning (01-20) after the girl was abducted at gun point from her home in San Jose. The suspect fired at least one shot during the abduction.
Taylor Vo, an Asian female, 11 Years old, 5' 3" tall and 105 pounds with black hair With blond highlightes and brown eyes.
The suspect is Tri Le, a 42 year old Asian male, 5'6" tall, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black jacket, and blue jeans.
The suspect vehicle is a dark colored mini-van. No further description is available.
